As the Owner and Manager of KR Training, I bring a strong foundation of leadership, management, and organizational experience to the business. I served 11 years in the U.S. Army, where I developed extensive experience leading teams, managing operations, and performing in high-pressure environments.

Following my military service, I transitioned into the corporate sector, working in human resources where I gained valuable insight into personnel management, organizational structure, and professional development.

At KR Training, I apply this combined experience to deliver structured, effective training programs designed to meet the needs of professionals who demand high standards, accountability, and real-world applicability.

I am the Director of Training with over 25 years of public safety experience. I am a retired Virginia law enforcement officer and a National Registry Paramedic, with a background that spans patrol operations, shift supervision, and advanced training development.

I bring experience supervising personnel across multiple shifts and operational environments, and I specialize in building scalable training programs adaptable to a wide range of functions—from patrol and animal control to specialized and tactical teams. My approach emphasizes realistic, mission-driven instruction that supports officer safety, operational readiness, and consistent performance across disciplines.

In addition to public safety training, I have experience in security operations ranging from entry point and access control to executive protection. This background allows me to integrate law enforcement, EMS, and security principles into cohesive training programs that meet both operational and protective needs.
